What do I need to pickup a package?
All customer must have valid government-issued identification in order to pickup their package. If a customer does not have proper identification, the package will not be released.
What do I need to drop-off a package?
Drop-offs, the contents need to be securely placed in a box/package, then the label needs to be secured to the exterior.
With Purolator, your package can be tracked through the tracking number as seen on the label.
For UPS you may give the assisting employee your email to receive a confirmation.

When can I drop off a package?
Packages can be dropped off in-store during our operating hours.

What happens if I cannot print my label at home?
Customers who have not already printed and affixed their label to the package can use our printing service for a fee. If this service is required, when you arrive to the store, an employee will assist you with printing the label.
When can I pickup a package from a Schneider's pickup point?
For packages that are delivered to the store, you may pickup within five (5) days of delivery during store hours.

Why do all locations not accept packages for all carriers?
Although Schneider's Computing LTD is one company, each location works with different carriers.
This is why UPS and Purolator is available at separate stores.

What if my package does not have a shipping label?
Unfortunately packages that are delivered using QR code instead of shipping label are not able to be dropped off at Schneider's Computing.
