OUTAGE REPORTING STEPS
Step 1: Before submitting this form, please reboot your router, wait 10 minutes, and try again multiple times. Please do NOT reboot the dish, or POE injector every time you have an issue. Usually, the IP needs to refresh in your router.
Step 2:Â Stratford & Listowel:Â Please check Hydro One Storm Centre for any outages:Â Hydro One Storm Centre Outage Map.Â
Mitchell: Please check Erth Power for any outages: Erth Power. Â
It can take between 30 min – 2hrs depending on how widespread the power outage is to manually switch to generators.
Step 3: If nothing is posted here yet, we have to update the web page manually, so call 519-348-0042 x2 for Status updates. Outages are reported on the phone system immediately by the NOC – network operations team. If there is an Outage message posted, please hang up, and let the techs work on the repairs.
